Xiaomi new budget and low budget smartphone Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi 7 launched in China. Redmi Note 7 Pro was already launched in India and make a global debut last month and available via flash sale in India. Design wise both Redmi 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro looks almost identical. The new low budget or entry level smartphone Redmi 7 comes with polycarbonate body and gradient finish design like other Redmi 7 series have.
Redmi 7 specifications
The dual-SIM Redmi 7 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC and runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9.0 Pie. The device has a 6.26-inch HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Now comes to camera department, the phone has dual camera setup at back with 12 megapixel primary lens and 2 megapixel secondary sensor.
For selfie it has 8 megapixel selfie shooter. Both camera features with AI portrait and others.
The mobile is packed with 4000mAh battery. It has a fingerprint sensor at back others important sensors are also available. Connectivity options include 4G, GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and 3.5mm headphones jack.
Pricing and availability
The base variant 2GB/16GB priced at CNY 699 ( approx Rs 7100) and 3GB/32GB variant available at CNY 799 (approx Rs 8,200). There are 4GB/64GB variant also available thats set for CNY 999 (approx Rs 10,200). The phone will be available Dream Blue, Charm Night Red, and Bright Black colour options and go on sale from 26th March in China market.
