Newly separated company “Redmi” from Xiaomi launched there new Redmi Note 7 smartphone in China. This is the successor of last year’s popular smartphone Redmi Note 6 (a.k.a Redmi Note 6 Pro). The main highlights of the smartphone is its 48 megapixel rear camera and water drop design.
Redmi Note 7 specifications
The new Redmi Note 7 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with Kryo 260 CPU and Adreno 512 GPU. The device has a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) LTPS water drop design display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Redmi Note 7 comes in 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB RAM options with internal 32GB and 64GB. The phone is packed with 4,000mAh battery which support QuickCharge 4.0.

Now comes to camera department, the Redmi Note 7 comes with dual rear camera setup with a 48 megapixel Samsung GM1 primary lens with f/1.8 aperture and secondary lens is 5 megapixel. For selfie it has 13 megapixel selfie shooter both camera features with AI portrait, auto scene detection, and AI beauty mode.
The device has a fingerprint reader at back pannel other sensor include accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, digital compass, distance sensor, infrared sensor. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, AGPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphones jack.

Redmi Note 7 price start at CNY 999 (approx Rs. 10,000) for the 3GB/32GB storage options and goes up to CNY 1,399 (approx Rs. 14,500) for the 6GB/64GB storage option. The phone available in Twilight Gold, Fantasy Blue, and Bright Black colour options and go on sale 15th Jan.
