Chinese tech giant Xiaomi launched latest midrange smartphone Redmi Note 6 Pro in Indian Market. This is the successor of earlier launched Redmi Note 5 Pro but new Note 6 Pro almost same in terms of specifications. New Redmi Note 6 Pro slightly better in camera department and new notch display.
Redmi Note 5 Pro Specifications
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC and runs on MIUI 10 which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The device sport a 6.26-inch Full HD+ (2280×1080 pixels) display with 19:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D curved glass. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage and 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Phone is packed with 4,000mAh battery which support Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.
Now comes to camera department, the smartphone has a dual rear camera setup with 12 megapixel primary sensor ( f/1.9 aperture) and 1.4μm pixel size, and secondary 5 megapixel depth sensor. The phone comes with Dual PD focus, dual-tone LED Flash, EIS, AI scene detection and AI portrait 2.0 with Studio Lighting and dynamic Bokeh.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro has dual camera setup at front with 20+2 megapixel. The selfie camera also features with AI Face Unlock, and AI Portrait Selfie, AI Beauty and AI scene detection.
The smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor other sensor include accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, electronic compass. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, MicroUSB port and 3.5mm headphones jack.
Pricing and availability
The Redmi Note 6 Pro 4GB/64GB variant price at Rs 13,999 and 6GB/64GB variant available at Rs 15,999. The smartphone comes in Black, Rose Gold, Blue, and Red colour options. The device will go on sale starting tomorrow via Mi.com, Flipkart, and Mi Home stores.
