Nokia new budget phone Nokia 4.2 launched in Indian market. The mobile phone unveiled at MWC 2019 in Barcelona in February. The new Nokia 4.2 comes with a dedicated Google Assistant button and it has also a notification light in the power button. Main highlights of the smartphone is its comes with dew drop design aka water drop display with 2.5D curved glass.
Nokia 4.2 specifications
The new dual-SIM Nokia 4.2 is powered by an Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC clocked at 1.95GHz and paired with Adreno 505 GPU. Device comes in 2GB and 3GB RAM options with 16GB and 32GB internal storage which is expand via MicroSD card. The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie based on Google’s Android One program. Phones has a 5.71-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) dew drop display with 19:9 aspect ratio.
Now comes to camera department, the smartphones comes with dual rear camera setup with a 13 megapixel primary lens and 2 megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. For selfie it has 8 megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
The packed with 3000mAh battery. It has a fingerprint sensor at back. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, A-GPS, Micro USB 2.0, FM radio and 3.5mm headphones jack.
Pricing and availability
The new Nokia 4.2 starts at Rs 10,990 for 3GB/32GB variant. The 2GB/16GB variant not available right now. The phone will be available via Nokia.com from today itself and it will be available in Black and Pink Sand colour options. The phone will also available in offline store from 14th May.
